Very very neat. technique was so good. Mixing dry and wet ingredients separately. Also while mixing the batter you were using clockwise rotate and cut motion for proper aeration and to stop air bubbles from escaping. Good 👏🏻

@@saadiafatima960 were your eggs at room temperature? Its very important. Otherwise your egg whites will not be foamy or will take a lot of time. For me it took 10 minutes to melt sugar and 15 min to be properly foamy. And also never add oil and vanilla and nothing with sugar and egg whites.
