I yesterday baked my own birthday cake following your recipe and it turned out to be outstanding.. I always had the problem of cutting the cake in equal halves and your recipe came out to be the perfect solution to my problem.. Also, it took much lesser time to bake than that taken in cooker. thank you . we made the cake. as we had no electric beater we couldnt perfect whipping cream . we also didnt had piping nozzle ,still it turned oit to be good . thank you so much

I tried it, used only 1egg and add 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil instead.without icing also tastier comes good .my child likes cakes, thanks..

Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe, i so badly wanted to bake a cake, but my problem was I don't own an oven, and i was searching and trying ways to bake. cooker, kadhai all failed... then I came across your video and today i made chocolate cake by your recipe. Although it did not turn out to be perfect, but it was really awesome, and above all my kids liked it (they are FUSSY eaters) and my hubby also liked it (who was earlier saying "kaun khayega tumhara cake, kyu itni mehnat kr rahi ho,ye to jal gaya, etc etc). Thanks once again for the wonderful tip for making cake in fry pan. I was doubtful whether cake in pan would be moist and spongy or not, mine came out really spongy and soft.
