I have been following this recipe for 3 years. Over these years, I have tried a lot of different recipes but none has ever come out as good as this one does every single time! There are no extra hindrances, the measurements are in cups, so its easier for people like me who do not have measuring scales, and the video is easy to follow as well. I must say that out of all the different recipes I have tried, this remains my absolute favourite. Thank you for making this 🥺❤️ Edit: I also personally love the coffee smell hehe

I agree!! I made this recipe a couple years ago and I come back to it when I want to bake a chocolate cake, haven’t watched this in 2 years but it’s very nostalgic

It’s a lot of work, but it’s fun, too. To be honest, this chocolate cake is possibly the most beautiful and most delicious one I’ve ever seen.

I try this once, and twice, and three times, and countless and it is become the favorite cake based for Bday Cake I make for family, friends and colleagues , just modified the cream layer with cream cheese and lemon, and the ganache with the white chocolate couverture or mix and still put different kind of fruits and mint as additional flavor. I love the cake ! Moist, not too sweet, just perfect !! Thank you !!

المقادير الصحيحه بعد دهن صينية الخبز ووضع ورقة الزبدة ورشها بدقيق وتسخين الفرن على درجة ٢٠٠ نحضر الكيكة نحضر المواد الجافه بوعاء وهي عبارة عن الاتي : كوبين سكر بودرة ثلاثة ارباع الكوب(٣/٤) كاكاو مر كوب وثلاثة ارباع ( ٣/٤،١ )من الدقيق ملعقة ملح ملعقه ونصف بكنج بودر وملعقه ونصف بكنج صودا ( الملعقه الصغيرة) وتخلط الجميع ونصنع حفرة نصنع حفرة بالوسط ونضع عليها بيضتين وملعقتين فانيليا وكوب حليب بارد ونصف كوب زيت ونحرك الجميع بملعقه ليمتزج كل شيء ثم تخفق بمضرب كهربائي لتصير سلسه نحضر كوب قهوة اسبريسو او نسكافيه مر بمية مغلية وتضاف للخليط ونخفقها لتمتزج جميع المكونات وتصب بصينيه سبق دهنها وتدخل الفرن الساخن مسبقا على درجة ٢٠٠ لمدة نصف ساعه تترك لتبرد ثم تقطع نصفين ونتخلص من الاطراف تسقى بملعقتين لثلاث حليب بارد الكريمه نذوب بحمام مائي ٦٠٠ جرام شوكلاته دارك وتضاف لها ٧٠٠جرام كريم خفق سايله بعد تسخينها وملعقتين فانيليا سائله و ٣٠٠جرام نوتيلا ونحرك كل المقادير الين يمتزج الكل تبرد لساعه بمبرد ونخرجها من المبرد ( الثلاجة) ثم نخفقها بمضرب كهربائي حتى تتحول كريمه هشه خفيفه توضع بين طبقتين الكيك وتغلف كل الكيك وبقية الكريمه نزين بها الاطراف وتزين بفاكه ولتلميع الفواكه نذوب ملعقتين مربى مشمش مع ملعقة ماء دافي وتدهن الفواكه وعوافي 😘😘😘😘
