There are a flock of these that like to hangout on McIntosh rd along Deer Creek too. Also in sarasota FL :)

I wonder what the babies sound like.. the adorable peeping must be cuter for baby ones!!!!!!!

So those were the ducks that were flying in groups everyday at my neighborhood.

I LOVE BLACK-BELLIED DUCKS. MY DUCK IS NAMED POPPY, HE IS A BB DUCK. DID YOU KNOW THEIR BEAKS TURN ORANGE ONLY IN THE SUN? MY DUCK WON'T GO OUT SIDE, HE LOVES HIS MOTHER, AND DOSE NOT KNOW HE IS A DUCK.

Do they get in the water

A lot of first year juveniles mixed in. Of all of the ducks the Black bellies seem to accept younger birds the best into their realm. Most of my species dont want anything to do with young birds.
