I am terrified of needles, I actually passed out for about a minute at the sight of an IV needle cause I had an abscess tooth.

Please note that Coyote loves animals and would never shoot one, nor would he ever work with people who shoot animals. He hates people who shoot animals. If you watch the whole video, or even the first 2 minutes, you will see that the lions are being tranquilized, not shot.

me fealing bad for the lions and then seeing the toe beans and being like "toe beaaaaaaans there so big the cute toe beaaaaans

I noticed several people claiming the lions are "bleeding": that is not blood. When you see those streaks of pinkish reddish liquid on the lions, that is dye from the tranquilizer. It does that so the shooter or whoever is involved can tell if the dart hit its mark or not. "But can't you see the dart sticking out?" Not necessarily. If there was no dye and the dart fell out, you'd have no way to tell if that animal had been struck or not. The dye signifies that even if the dart fell out, the animal was still hit. What's more, I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I know the dye only comes out after the tranquilizing agent has been injected to insure you're not walking up to a half sedated animal.

The Lions see the car as a bigger animal that they don't understand and could be dangerous, so if you don't do crazy things like jump up out of your seat, and stay calm, they usually leave the car alone. After all, you wouldn't go poke at an elephant would you? It's when you do things that make it no longer look like one big animal, such as flailing, standing up, etc, that they realize it's not and it becomes dangerous.

True. I thought the same thing, but that car can go much faster then they can run. It would be there only chance of getting away if they got attacked.

Lions are carnivores but there not cold blooded killers even if your in foot as long as you keep your distance your relatively safe lions typically only kill humans that are in there territory
