I very much wanted to be there today! But I enjoyed hearing from Bishop and I support EVERYTHING he said. And no gossip from me, nor will I listen to it, but I will pray that my Pastor/Bishop gets better, because his mind is as strong as ever. And I’m praying for Co-Pastor Charles Blake, and Lady Mae and the entire family and Church! Our Future is Bright in CHRIST!!

He will not necessarily lead as his father, but the best version of his own leadership. Also change is inevitable with any change of the guard which is natural and good.

Bishop Blake is such a man of integrity and standard!! I am sure that he has done his job!!! I wish him and Lady Mae many more years

*_....and so the journey continues!!!_* We knew this day would come. Bishop has served well and deserves a respite, and it is to his eternal credit that he has established this order of succession and provided for a smooth transition while his authority and personal influence can affirm and solidify the leadership of his dear son, Pastor Blake. Although we have long known him affectionately as "Chuckie," he has earned the respect now due him as Shepherd. There will always be naysayers, rockthrowers and haters, but Bishop set the House in order about where he stands with regards to any disrespect - it will not be tolerated. Bless you, Pastor Blake, you are continually in our most fervent prayers, and may the Hand of the Lord forever rest favorably upon our beloved former Presiding Bishop and Chief Apostle, and his lovely wife, First Lady Mae Blake...and yes, she was looking very cute today...lol.
