I recently started watching your channel and we live in Canberra Australia ! We are a nurse couple and had to sent all our kids to childcare from 12 months when I returned to work ! I have the exact same reasons why we sent kids to childcare , now we have happy free range kids who had the best start of their early childhood education and gained lot of friends , learned different culture language and more importantly learned to be independent in every way ! I was criticised from a lot of people to sent kids to childcare . At the end of the day we have more family time as we are not working on opposite shifts to care for kids . I love watching the way you cook with passion !!!
