Very lucky! I had to much water (to much space) and baby turned the last week so needed an emergency c-section because she was sideways.

@@Mieke256 it's been 6 months now, the first 2 were very difficult because of an infection (just a little one) so it took ages to close. I'm still trying to get my strength back, it's really a major operation.

@@michellezevenaar I know, it's really tough. I had an infection too right after the C-section (not in the scar, it was a general infection). It was a really tough recovery. What helped me tremendously was a good pelvic floor physiotherapist as I had major diastasis recti, because the doctors had to use some effort to get my son out. It took me about a year to feel much more normal again. If you would live close by I would come over and cook for you. I hope you have lots of help and if not, please ask for it!

Congratulations on Master Miller Hayes Fox joining your family, he’s precious! He’s Evonne’s little twin. Glad mom and baby are healthy and safe. Don’t apologize for keeping some anonymity, just because you share parts of your life doesn’t give anyone the right to it all.

Can I just say THANK YOU for so lovingly talking about how you don’t get ALL the emotions after birth and how you need to get to know eachother. I thought there was something so wrong with me for feeling very neutral when my son was born! Love him more than life and we bonded stronger than ever…but I thought I was broken! Seeing Josh and him after being weighed just brought tears to my eyes.... aww so much joy to see a father look at his son. Just so happy that he is here and healthy and what a beautiful family you guys have!!!!

The way you put this video together was so masterful and moving! The clips of the months leading up, and the Psalm/prayer, and you kept us watching and experiencing all the emotions with you! Congratulations on your miracle baby and so glad he and you are safe and well!

When you turned him to the camera and told us his name, Miller looks JUST like his Dad!!!! So glad he had such a wonderful homecoming. It was so touching to hear you say Psalm 139. That is just such a perfect prayer for the occasion! Definitely angels around you when you showed the picture of the knot in the umbilical cord! So cute to see Evonnie running to say hello! Josh was so sweet with him at the hospital!

I delivered 3 babies naturally too and I never had rush of happy emotions when they were born but a sigh of relief from all the pain and they are crying and all okay! and CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Praise the Lord!

I just love how you put the segment together with the old film footage you have from previous pregnancies, early days of this pregnancy, and reading of psalm 139. These were all very special moments and sharing them was so wonderful! I also loved the part where you encouraged other moms that are having hospital births that the experience was a good one for you. I had 3 text book perfect natural births in the hospitals and one birth center birth. All were special and it was so nice to have that added care in the hospital for a few days. My first choice would be birth center for best birth but my hospital births were also wonderful and very respectful and a blessing in many ways. Thanks for sharing this and congratulations!

2 weeks ago i found out i am pregnant for the second time, i am about 5/6 weeks along so it's super early, i am so nervous and excited. I have a (almost) 4 year old daughter, she turns 4 in 2 weeks from now. Seeing your children see the new baby for the first time hit me different now! I hope we get to do that with our daughter in a few months 😃 wish you and your family all the best! I love following you, love from the Netherlands!

My daughter had the same problem with the amino fluid but ended up with a c-section… so happy for the whole family! I love his name! What a beautiful birth story! I think that God uses the knots in the cords and little things like that to always remind us what a miracle babies can be. My first was an infertility baby. We tried four years of intervention to conceive her. I think that God teaches us to cherish them more by taking his time to bless us. We were so worried we would never have a baby of our own. We were blessed with three. The other two were miracles without intervention. They were all three delivered C-section due to cephalopelvic disproportion. Congratulations on the safe arrival of your third blessing! Thank you for sharing your life with us. I loved seeing your daughter and son welcome him.
