Bipolar Disorder Medication Battle

Hi Guys!!!
In this video I talk about my medication experience and all the medications I have been on. I am one of the lucky ones and have only been on 15 medications and not all at once. I forgot some of the medications in this video like Saphris which did not work for you. The average person with Bipolar Disorder takes an average of 6 different kinds of medication concurrently.
Medication for Bipolar Disorder is your lifeline without you are playing Roulette with your life. Trust me I've been there.
All medication affects everyone differently so I hesitated before doing this video but the most important this is you take it.
If you think you might be bipolar, please see a doctor immediately. There is help.
Thank you for watching. Please comment if you can relate or if this video has been helpful.
Here are some other videos you might find helpful and please check out my original music. You can navigate by using the playlist tab where I have everything from unboxings to roller skating but my most important videos are my bipolar manic life vlogs and my original music since a lot of it is inspired by my struggle with Bipolar Disorder and Relationships.

Medication saved my life as well. We are proof that the right meds are worth trying all the others, as much as that process sucks. ❤

I can't tell you how many times I was misdiagnosed or how many meds I've been misprescribed, but I can tell you it was 26 years of my life. Ever since I was 8. I'm 34 now and just barely got diagnosed this March. I had a full-blown manic episode with psychosis all last year up until when I met my new doctors in March. Not gonna lie, I feel your pain on being diagnosed later in life. I'm on Lamictal, too. And it's making recovery a lot easier. Thanks so much for making these videos. They're really helping me out a lot. Keep going, dude. You Rock. 🤘

Really sad you quit lithium after just 1 week. It takes weeks/months for your body to adjust.

There is no cure for bipolar disorder. Bipolar Disorder is a life threatening illness that can be managed with therapy and medication but there is no cure.

Hi! My situation is unique because I was unmedicated when I had my psychotic episodes and everyone is different but the worst one lasted a full year. The longer it lasts the harder it is to come out of it. I was eventually arrested for going into someone's house and then force medicated in jail. After a few months on medication I started to come out of it. The episode that lasted a year was after years of not being on medication and was my last one without medication. I don't think it is typical. It's also important to remember the longer we are in depression or psychosis the more grey matter in our brains gets eaten away. It's a progressive disease so it only gets worse over time without medical intervention. But if you have someone you love sick right now please don't think it's going to last that long it can last much much shorter depending on the type of bipolar and medical intervention. Thank you for your support I hope this helps. ❤️

She posted some videos a few months ago when she was psychosis from what I could tell. She posted a few days ago and then deleted it, I think she's really sick and it's so sad because I don't know who is there for her. In her videos she said her husband left. I really hope someone can help her.

The common point in Bipolar girls and women is that most of them are amazingly beautiful and charming. Is this a chance by mother nature or God?
