My father and my family has clearly seen and more sadly we know some police officers who got promoted from asi to ssp by doing so many fake encounters. Now they have huge houses in chandigarh. @@DmPlayVideos I meant what I wrote...I was referring to some of those potential extremists who were posing as civilians but were supporting militants ideologically & logistically..I know as an IPS/Defence aspirant that it is not that much easy to differentiate between guilty & innocent in these type of complex situations... I humbly acknowledge that many innocents were killed extra-judicially but it is also true most of those who were killed by security Forces were not innocent,even 'supposed civilians' & It is highly unfair to brand security forces as devils & denounce the hardwork in suppressing Extremism in Punjab & to acquit militants & their civilian sympathisers completely...
