This guy was a butcher..... he turned the Punjab police into Judge, Jury, and executioner....... So many innocents were killed by cops for promotions during his tenure....

He was butcher of the state , egoistic maniac who went ruthless with the power he yielded . No doubt he did neutralize some terrorists , but he just garnered more & more by putting innocents to test . He was way more complex character than what is shown here . I’ve been a regular viewer of Lallantop , but this is not well researched subject which usually is.
