Hey man you helped me out alot. You were my first role model and someone to look up to. I started watching you when I was 13 and started playing football. I haven’t become the man I want to be, but I am a lot closer than I would be if you were not one of my first influences. I’m tryna go to the next level. I never gave up on training it’s been the main constant in my life. Just wanted to say thank you for that.

I read Alexanders book on Narcissism and began some of the practices 4 weeks ago. I have noticed that my energy started to shift from making images about issues with the energy going to my head, to being shifted to my body, feeling. So it seems like the triunity of my being is beginning to be synced together. The technique of opening the mouth and breathing really seems to make a difference as well. Thanks for the tip.
