The stomache is the 1st brain you ask me. Glad to hear you talk about Wilhelm Reich... he also says along the lines: musculature rigidity is the cause of disease, if i recall correct... Armoring is the condition that results when energy is bound by muscular contraction and does not flow through the body”(Reich:1936) 38:20 ... exactly YO Elliot! Thanks for sharing :)

I haven't gotten far into the video yet but this topic reminds me a lot of an old video of yours (like 10 years ago) where you were doing a lecture of sorts on bioenergetics (I think...) in front of a crowd of young men, and you asked one of the guys to volunteer for a demonstration. Then as the guy was trying to do your chest opening stretch routine you noticed he had a lot of tension in the muscles around the front of his neck, and said that was associated with being silenced when you were younger; either by others or eventually by oneself. That kind of tangible mind-body connection seems very related to the topic of this video, and has been something I've been curious to learn more about for quite a while now, so thanks for posting, Elliott!

Really enjoying this series! Looking forward to a deeper dive on endomorphs. I think my body responds to programs with supersets well followed up with medium to intense cardio but I’m still experimenting. I’m open to any insights Elliot has to offer.

I looked in my pantry this morning. The amount of items we have at our disposal is crazy. All of it is energy distributed all over the states and I thought. Do the board of directors for each product you see sit around the table and care for our bodies more than their pockets. Than I realized than no one can heal my body better than my own damn self. Oh and we worked harder physically back than we do today. We can also go 40 days without food. Our bodies are God given machines literally and we treat it the way we treat it. I can only be disappointed in myself.

I started watching your content and dove deep into bioenergetics around 10 years ago. I loved it and it helped me a lot. In recent years I did not agree with a lot of your views at all. But this content....this version of Elliott..it has been missed by many. Thank you for the video.

Thanks Elliot, just finished this one after some days of engaging in other things and also a lot less time on the computer thank God, haha it can get too much and man it's so interesting these types. I'm definitely a Schizoid and Oral, I would say 45/45/10, schizoid, oral, masochist. The downloads I get from each of these videos are really cool and I'm creating a lot of new maps in my mind in this journey of connecting more with my body that I neglected for all this time. God bless you and thanks my friend for what you do keep riding this wave, I'm super excited to follow

True, I’m trying to switch from Ectomorph to Mesomorph pretty much my whole life so from about ago of 9, now I’m 31 and I still haven’t managed to do it completely, I guess there are just some foundations and frames with which you come to this life that are just protected and cannot be changed completely, I’m close to being a Mesomorph but in my case its just not possible completely to 100%

That vertical arrangement of King Magician Lover Warrior is fascinating. I wonder where the Wild Man (as in Robert Bly's Iron John) might belong -- it feels like he's lower still than the warrior, the source of energy, William Blake's "Hell".

Although recently as Ectomoprh I did various extreme experiments with Mesomorph without them knowing that I was doing it and after that I would ask them how they had that experience to see how far I am from that guy and I'm definitely not on that guy's level. So it's definitely difficult to change a type completely...

Elliot would it be safe to say that just simply working out and eating healthy consistently would be like 80% good enough for the warrior aspect. OR do you feel its crucial to do some somatic work for everyone?

What ive come to realise is first i will say God created each and every one of us in a particular way and whether we choose to believe it or not you can look around yourselves more likely than not daughters will take after their Fathers and Sons will look more like their Mom's . Now going back to the body types if a Ectomorph is aiming to put on muscular size he better prepare himself for pushing a rock up a hill and likewise for a Endomorph wanting to look lean and slim , not being negative here but its obvious truth . Same goes for sport or lifelong career's a ectomorph will find it a lot easier to play table tennis , soccer or basketball than a endomorph .

Elliott, this info kinda proves what you are saying.🤔 Some "cross information" that might be relevant for you about the fact of the Psychopath and his "tendency" to be a criminal and how he is formed by having to take a father role as a kid. For what I have seen, statistics say that most criminals in America come from Fatherless Single Mother Homes.🤔
