Binging with Babish: Grilled Cheese Deluxe from Regular Show
Ойын-сауық
This week, for the first time ever, we're double-dipping into the same source material two episodes in a row. Why? Last week was National Grilled Cheese Day, and well damn it, it got me in the mood. So while we don't have any accurate stats or specs on the 'grilled cheese deluxe' from Cheezer's, this is my very best effort to make a grilled cheese worth standing in line for. Unless you're an astronaut, of course.

K B Ok so I didn’t think the air I was breathing while cooking was good enough, so I diffused all of the non oxygen particles into metal containers, and being careful not to create Ozone, I paired the oxygen molecules with some Sulfur-Hexafluoride in order to make my voice deeper and more aesthetically pleasing. This did make the air heavier and harder to cook in, so I created a new metal element that is both light, non stick, and can only transfer heat into non-humane things. The table didn’t look so great when matched with my new element frying pan so I created a new type of tree and used the wood to make a new table. Then I made some grilled cheese.
Unbelievable. He didn’t even spend a few generations to perfect a perfect genetic mix for the best wheat for the best bread, nor did he cost on make a quality table from a mix of aged sandalwood, and cherry tree wood.

Personal experience, it has to be cooked with butter. As for the cheese, whether i use American or cheddar, i found that adding a thin layer of cream cheese really adds some amazing flavor. Also allowing the cheese to come up to or close to room temperature before cooking helps improve melting.
I have actually made this Grilled Cheese after watching the video and it was PHENOMENAL! I even made a second one and put Pepperoni on it, since... I thought it'd taste even better, and it did.
