Either way, the port wine flavor definitely enhances it to a noticeable degree and if you can manage to have some at some point I highly recommend it.

same, i have fallen asleep to a Babish video before. i just remember waking up and knowing it was the Breakfast Club episode because i had minestrone soup on my mind.

I have one of those milkshake machines that's actually from the 1950s-60s from my grandparent's old restaurant. A lot bulkier, but it still works amazing, and doesn't fall apart like the one in the video and has a cool old-fashioned paint job :)

Just a thought so far; when John Travolta asked if they put bourbon in the shake, you should've added a bottle into ingredient pile but then removed when Buscemi says it doesn't... just for comedic effect.
