No . As a brazilian I can say he never speaks Portuguese here . Just “chica” and “olá” , sounding very spanish. But you can see Crosby speaking a well Portuguese in “The Road to Rio” (1947).

Very dated chorus but Bing never dates and all his film clips are still enjoyable.
