If by this exercise you can sweat at the forehead, that's the rule required.........If you can do this exercise for the time, which it is, you have to do that exercise which we did, pump the belly with the fastest powerful thing in eleven minutes and then you dance about another eleven minutes. This twenty-two minutes in life you can spare. It doesn't require any breathing and nothing, it all it requires is the sixty degree of your body and your Jupiter and Saturn force totally tugged into one straight diagonal line. When you do that, then you can totally powerfully pump (?) and elimination; you do not know how much you will eliminate.
