Sa-Ta-Na-Ma Kriya ~ Yogi Bhajan

This is called "Sa-Ta-Na-Ma" Kriya and it can be done for eleven minutes. And it is my personal advice not to do it more than eleven minutes. Don't try it, it can be more than you are. So, do it for eleven minutes, do it nicely, make the 'O' of your mouth, breathe right, go through the fingers correctly, look at the tip of your nose and eleven minutes a day. It will not take almost forty days. When you will perfect it, you know you have perfected it. You will own it. And it will not take more than hundred twenty days that you will be a different person than, what you are today. And please one promise. All you pay for counseling, psychology, chit-chatting with people, taking them to lunch all that money, you should send it to me. You won't need it. You will become self-sufficient. I am not kidding.

    Those breathing exercises sound kinda ominous. Erie off pitch breathy whistles. Yeah this will get the fire going? Why was there so much whistling when Bhajan's example was more of just sucking air in?
