I had a friend who built a stretching machine with ropes ,& a tree. But you were at the mercy of who held the ropes. Needless to say more than once they would pull the ropes way too tight, he would cry out in pain. However after several months of stretching he became limber enough to sweep over his head ,& bust lightbulbs out of ceilings. He was already about 6'11when we were 14. I Miss you buddy

I watched superfoot take 3 different black belt instructors for 3 round each in the early 90's. It was an exibition so he was nice. Then one guy got all serious and punched him hard in the face. Bill opened up and kicks him hard in the face 4 or 5 times, it was hard to tell, happens so fast. Axe kick, heal kick, round hose side kick all to face foot never went down. The dudes nose busted, blood gushing, and Bill felt terrible. Prior to getting punched he was all nice and having fun then when the guy hit him it was like a dark cloud covered his face, so cool, he was pissed. Bill was so fast 4 kicks under 2 sec, his foot was as fast as your hand when swatting an angry hornet.

I did a seminar with him this past fall. He's ancient and still kicking over his head and fast as lightning! He told us he had studied kinesiology, which is the physics of movement (of the body). I'm a PTA by profession and I can tell the depth of his study and understanding. The kinesiology is a huge part of his stretching routines, which are absolutely excellent, and physiologically sound. Not sure about the effect the hip replacement had on him though ... I sure couldn't tell!
