Needless to say more than once they would pull the ropes way too tight, he would cry out in pain. However after several months of stretching he became limber enough to sweep over his head ,& bust lightbulbs out of ceilings. He was already about 6'11when we were 14. I Miss you buddy

I watched superfoot take 3 different black belt instructors for 3 round each in the early 90's. It was an exibition so he was nice. Then one guy got all serious and punched him hard in the face. Bill opened up and kicks him hard in the face 4 or 5 times, it was hard to tell, happens so fast. Axe kick, heal kick, round hose side kick all to face foot never went down. The dudes nose busted, blood gushing, and Bill felt terrible. Prior to getting punched he was all nice and having fun then when the guy hit him it was like a dark cloud covered his face, so cool, he was pissed. Bill was so fast 4 kicks under 2 sec, his foot was as fast as your hand when swatting an angry hornet.

I met Bill Wallace at one of his exhibitions. He was the a narcissitic bully who intimidated and talked down to most people there. We left after 20 minutes

Dont lock your knees out. You are hurting probably cause your tendons and ligaments are being stretched.
I wish to see this 37 years ago.
Im here after watching bill throw super fast lightning kicks in his 70s. Clearly whatever he does works. Most 70 year olds can barely get out of their lazyboys.
If you turn up the volume really high and listen carefully you can hear someone feeding him what to say. 14:08 you hear "goooood one more time now, then Bill says it right after.)
Just saying your constant "look at the difference. Look at the difference." Is based off your current position i.e. someone's position that was able to do the splits all along. Good stretches though.
You kiddies out there just don't know.
billy boy had double hip replacement in 2002 . what does that say ??

I SUSPECT BW was as loose as hell, decades B4 this stretching series video was done! After all my daily HOURS of these types of exercises, Aikido/Jiu Jitsu “knee walking” (Shik-ho!) my legs, hips, knees and back are SHOT! I can’t stand up or walk without great effort and pain. The only pain free physical position I can make is the FETAL position!
Flexibility off the charts.
Legend!

So he beat chuck all the time? Did Chuck beat him? I imagine Bill would be at the mercy of whoever was able to get inside his leg.

Messed Chuck up all the time? Bill was a kickboxer and Chuck did full contact. It's 2 different sports. Perhaps they trained together or something at some point but Chuck was never a kickboxer and far as i know bill didn't compete full contact.

I went to a Bill Wallace seminar and found him to be an angry bully and a scammer.

"I'm working the ligaments".... almost impossible to stretch ligaments. Good stuff, but needs to be updated.
