    Jose Antonio Delgado I agree 💯 He’s an amazing actor, brilliant athlete and one hell of a beautiful bloke. He screams Bond, and as for an action hero, best one I know. How many others do this for their fans. Not many. He’s a top bloke through and through.

    @Peter Bishop I see what you are saying and i hope it wont be like that, but if they can keep Bond Similar to the Craig one i think Scott would fit great in the role. I don't think they're going to "cuck" Bond honestly because they know the repercussions its going to have with the fans. Going that route with a iconic franchise like this in which the character is the complete opposite of that would be murder.

    I’m 45 now, but I practice my side splits every single day. This was of course from watching bloodsport when it came out back in the day haha. I’ve never really 100% been able to go into length-wise splits , so I’m trying to reach that now. Getting lower every day so that’s good. I’m about a fist away from bottom. And like you I’ve always been a left leg kicker, though I’m right handed, but it’s just about relaxing into it all, not forcing the tendons to do what you want. Slowly, my legs will find that sweet spot.

    @@ilhamezriouil7135 i'm 48, 5th dan, multiple martial arts studied. i achieved my splits by doing wide horse stances, without using your hands for support, until you can almost slide into the widest horse stance possible. this strengthens and teaches your muscles to handle your weight, give it a try. you'll see improvement in 2 weeks!

    Please give me some advice how to do it. I am 41. How often, how long for?

  • @Domzdream

    @Domzdream

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@AntoniOrszykowski Depends on how flexible you are, but like all stretching is done, the same thing goes. Get into as wide spread as you can get it, and stretch. Then relax the tendons, and you'll definitely be able to go further into the stretch after the relax. And you just keep on repeating. Myself, I sometimes just watch a movie while stretching, and I keep in that stance as long as 20 or 30 mins. But it must never hurt. But you should feel those tendons stretching, but again without any pain. Pain is there to let you know you're going too hard.

    Scott Adkins I just wanna say thank you so much for doing this. Lots of other people who get famous stop caring about inspiring and motivating others except for when it's to show off or if they're getting paid for it. I really really hope and wish you go really far ahead because I really believe and want to keep believing that success comes to those who work the hardest, not JUST the luckiest. If it makes any difference, here's one more person you've inspired today. Have a nice and of course a safe day ahead sir.
