Stuff we use:
CAMERA - This is the camera we have used to film 90+% of our interviews (over 200 interviews and counting) It continues to be our workhorse - amzn.to/2u66V1J
LENS - Most people ask us what camera we use, no one ever asks about the lens which filmmakers always tell us is more important. This lens was a big investment for us and one we wish we could have made sooner. Started using this lens at the end of 2013 - amzn.to/2tbtmOq
AUDIO
Rode VideoMic Pro - The Rode mic helps us capture our backup audio. It also helps us sync up our audio in post amzn.to/2t1n2hx
Audio Recorder - If we had to do it all over again, this is probably the first item we would have bought - amzn.to/2tbFlM9
LIGHTS - Although we like to use as much natural light as we can, we often enhance the lighting with this small portable light. We have two of them and they have saved us a number of times - amzn.to/2u5UnHv
COMPUTER - Our favorite computer, we each have one and have used various models since 2010 - amzn.to/2t1M67Z
EDITING - We upgraded our editing suite this year and we’re glad we did! This has improved our workflow and the quality of our work. Having new software also helps when we have a problem, it’s easy to search and find a solution - goo.gl/56LnpM

daniel de lewis The scene he was describing is from a fictional book, so to embody the character he was doing a little acting to get his point across. This is what good storytellers do. So no it’s not real life. Those events did not happen. He is just saying that it’s similar to what we are living and the book has prophetic qualities, which I totally agree with.

After the first go I already got it. "How many fingers am I holding up?" FOUR *zap* pain "How many fingers am I holding up?" I paused the video. What would I say? Obviously, it's not a trick question, and he's not looking for a truthful answer: reality/truth is irrelevant. So what do you answer the second time? Saying four won't cut it. Do you pick a random number and risk getting zapped a couple more times? What's the point? Who's asking the question and why? My response, after the first time, was: "I don't know, you tell me!" That.. that's the correct response. That's the answer he wants from you. He wants you to comply, to submit to his authority, he wants you to relinquish your own thoughts, ideas and views, and he's gonna be the one to tell you what's what. So the only correct answer is to ask him how many fingers he's holding up, and whatever he tells you, that's the new reality now. The thought police: it's them telling you what/how to think. Don't want to comply? Then there's the pain for you. Awesome lesson!

I don't really get this vilification of public education. Students develop a decent understanding of maths, sciences, languages, some hands-on skills such as welding, woodwork, cooking plus team building exercises in an environment where we're encouraged to develop social bonding skills and establish life-long friendships. Sure, there are a number of things pertinent to being an adult which we don't learn at school but I rarely - if ever - experienced anything throughout my school years that in retrospect were indoctrinating falsehoods.

The complete abolition of the family replaced by the worship and adoration of big brother. The creation of fictional wars with changing adversaries to keep the population on the edge of starvation and in constant fear. Creating a fictional rebel named Goldberg to ferret out secret rebels in society. It is all brilliant!!

@@DaddySickSounds There's no short way to say this i believe, but those people have taken the left path. The dark path of ego. They do sacrifices and rituals, darks things, they have lost their sleep because of it. And i believe they have lost purposefully their "soul" too, as when man does deliberately those evil things, he loses his heart. And heart is the other way to enlightenment, and i suspect it is the best way, if you do not wan't to suffer in the endless pit of ego who knows how long, never being satisfied and happy with life, and only those very evil things giving them something that they feel "good" about. And if you follow your heart, that one which tells you by feeling if that what you do, or are about to do, is the right thing, for you and others, will lead to a life that you seek for. These people want money, "succes" and fame so bad, that they ignore what their heart tries to tell. I believe heart's way is to surrender to life, and go with hunch, with feeling in the flow of life, it may give you the right kind of life you need. Not necessarily what your ego wan't you to have, although it doesn't hurt too much if don't follow so strictly, as you will see eventually if those things are ridiculous and naive even, what you wanted earlier in life, then you are wiser yes. So these luciferians also believe that anything you do, is a lesson, so they are relying on that when they sacrifice and rape children's for example, and that you are your true self, and you are the only one to "judge" you in the end. And it may be true, but they forget something...who says you don't have to pay for it even if some part of you judge...this place is to learn how to love, but sure it is part of this to do dark things and learn that way....but all that you do, has consequences here too. So, if you do horrible things, you will get horrible life too, and your subconciousness will constantly remind you of what you have done. That's why they can't sleep, and they all look very ill anyway, mentally and everyway. And they are revengeful too, which gives them more stupidity to do awful things more, some may blame other for what their life is now, as it wasn't what they expected. Money is very meaningless especially when you have no heart to really enjoy that what you can do with that. Their understanding of enjoyment is something though, what most would never enjoy. But is it enjoyment, or satisfying some demons in you....if they exist. If you wan't the whole world, you end up having nothing. But when you are good hearted, and don't want anything, you will end up having everything. I don't know did this explain much, but i tried. Peace and Love friend.

Tip to the girl/lady...but probably, "girl", doing the interview: If you know that "1984" is one of his staple literary works he's read, and you know you're going to interview him and ask about why it's so profound in his eyes... READ THE BOOK before you interview him. You could crash read that in 2 days. You would appear much more aware and in tune w/ the interviewee.

Great point my man! However, a little professionalism and giving a damn about your work is FAR to much to ask for these days. It's like people are too busy looking for excuses for why they're totally incompetent at what they do for a living. Take, for example, these two jerk offs who commented before me...finding an excuse for why she could not have read 1984. If you haven't read that book, you're not even well educated enough to be a journalist in America! Get a descent education for crying out loud. Don't just call yourself a journalist when you're not well-read and have gained some life experience. You should not be asking anyone...anything. Any rate, just sit back and watch these degenerates destroy their wicked ass selves. I'm enjoying the show...get yourself some popcorn😉.

Just ran across some interviews with Bill Duke & so impressed with him. Only seen some of his acting. (John Hurt). Most powerful part for me in the book "1984" was when the lover screams to torture the other, as final soul crushing moment. Facing your worst fear (rats going to eat your face) and beg the system to torture the one you love the most. After that the system had won & they could release John Hurt back into society.
