Beautiful kebab, and very good recipe. We are also from Bihar and make it very often. There is one difference in our way of marination. We donot put raw onion peast yogurt and salt at this time. We put them just before about an hour before the start of cooking. I was told in my childhood that otherwise this make the marinated meat a bit runny. I might be Wong, but felt like sharing.
