Rooh afzah realy hamari zindagi ka aik aisa mashroob jo her mouqe pr hamara sath deta hey ....khas ker mereliye lassi, shake, sharbat , flavour curd, acidity ka ilaj hata k sardi mey roohafzah ki chai as a kashmiri chai aur faloda ,kheer ,soda,aur ab jo mocktail aap ne banai yaqenun bhot tasty hogi.
Tried this recipe multiple times and this is the closest to authentic bazar wala taste with home cooked benefits.

I understand that in Bihar, Bihari kebab is made in almost all muslim household . Best made with beef mixed with mustard oil and cooked over charcoal. In Bihar, it is generally called Seekh kebab. It has been made famous by Bihari diaspora spread all over the world,particularly Pakistan. Thus,the name Bihari Kebab. But chef Mehboob is master in preparing all kind of recipes.

Extremly wrong recipe. No ajwain, no kala namak and no garlic. Only ginger, onion and papaya is to be added. He is using too much papaya, we use only 2 tb sp for 1 kg beef. We use kabab chini( spice like black pepper for enhancing eroma). Meat selection is also wrong. We always use raan ka gosht because it has no chrbi ka raisha. I am bihari, my grand mother mother and mother in law , all were expert in making bihari kababs. I lean from them.

Marination: 1kilo beef strips Kacha/pakka papita: 1 pao for 24 hours Fried pyaz : 1/2 cup Adrak lehsan paste: 1tbsp Lal mirch: 3 tbsp powder Ajwain: 1tbsp crushed by hand Kala namak: 1tbsp Jaifal javitri: 1/2 tsp or just a sprinkle Namak: 1tbsp Garam masala: 3-4tbsp Dahi: 1 cup Mix by hand and cover the meat with marination and leave for 24 hours Before cooking add Sarson oil: 1 cup Mix again by hand Place a small bowl in the middle to place burning coal for smoking and cover the meat bowl 15-20 seconds only. Mix again after smoking and before piercing through skewers 7-8 minute grill on fire/ coal 5 minutes cook on slow heat with full lid in the end and it will cook completely If using boxed versions then give coal smoke at the end to give BBQ aroma.

Dear Sir- Use 2 Tablespoons Of Meat tenderizer powder for 1kg of beep- do not use katchri powder as it will ruin your dish

As Salam o Alaikum Sir I'm found of your recipes and watching from your starting programs. I belong to bihari community. Masalas you used are not used in bihari kababs like garam masala, kala namak, ajwain, ginger. While special spices are khashkhash, kabab cheeni you didn't use in it.

Totally wrong recipe , aj tak koi nhi bna saka original bihari kabab, shef sab keh rahy no raan ka gosht , jb k ye sirf raan k gosht se he banta ha , ajwain , kala namak , fry onion , lehsan bilkul istimal nhi hoty , or papya kachy chilka utar kar pees kar lagaty hn is ma khaskhash ka istemal bhi hota ha , hum 1 bjy agar 5 kg ka bnany ki tyari karty hn tu raat 8 bjy angathee pe laga dety hn boht tasty or sahee tender hota ha koii 24 hours nhi rakhty .masala laga k . 😝
