Assalam o alaikum Sir. bit dont u think One cup raw papaya is too much for that amount of chicken. Coz It akso disturb the gastric system, I also use papaya even in making crispy fried chicken, it makes moist and succulent chicken. so as per my way half cup around 1/2 cup is also way too much papaya to add.
