I dont know if i will be able to make this myself but just want to say thanks for the clarity and transparency in your videos. Very well explained process right from meat selection to final result. Just one thing that it would be even better to quickly describe the exact part of the beef leg if it's shank, rump, etc. Inshallah Allah give you more success. JazakAllah khairan

Bhai, ap please shadiyun main kachy qeemay ki kebab banana batain. Jo egg main lachyy daar banty hain. Main kafi years se talash ker rahi houn iss ki recipe. Wo sirf karachi main hi khaye hai. Iss ki elawa chiken / beef fried boti ki bi request hai iss ki bhi egg main fry hoti hai lacha banta . Karachi Street food is the best in kebabs .Jazak Allah, for sharing such tasty recipes .

جی السلام علیکم اپ نے بہاری کباب بنانے کی کوشش کی بہت اچھی کوشش تھی لیکن اس طریقے سے بہاری کباب نہیں بنتا ہے بہاری کباب میں ہمیشہ مختصر مصالحے ڈالے جاتے ہیں اور مصالحے ڈالنے کی جو ترتیب ہوتی ہے وہ ایک ساتھ سارے مصالحے نہیں ڈالے جاتے اور بہاری مصالحے کے اندر ہری مرچوں کا پیسٹ ہرگز نہیں جاتا نہ ہی اس میں لیمن جوس جاتا ہے نہ ہی اس کے اندر سونٹ ڈالا جاتا ہے اور نا ہی اس کے اندر ٹاٹری ڈالی جاتی ہے شروع کا جو اسٹیپ اپ نے دکھایا تھا گوشت کو پارچے بنانے والا وہ تو ٹھیک تھا اس کے بعد سب کچھ غلط معذرت کے ساتھ برا نہیں منائیے گا

اس ریسیپی کو بہاری کباب کا نام نہ دیں برائے مہربانی اور کوئی باربی کیو ایٹم کا نام دے دیں

بہاری کباب کے اندر سونٹ ادرک پاؤڈر اور اس طرح کی جو چیزیں اپ نے ڈالی ہیں وہ نہیں ڈھلتی میرے بھائی اور پیاس کو کرش کرکے نہیں ڈالتے پیاس کو پیسٹ بنا کر ڈالتے ہیں اور بیسن پاؤڈر بھی نہیں ڈلتا اور نہ ہی اپ نے جو اس کے اندر سرسوں کا تیل ڈالا ہے وہ بھی اس طرح سے نہیں ڈلتا اور سرسوں کے تیل کی کوانٹیٹی اتنی کم نہیں ہوتی اپ کو اگر بنانا نہیں اتا تو برائے مہربانی اس ریسیپی کا مذاق نہ اڑائیں
