it’s not that only akhi, the problem is that the arabic that we study for islamic studies (FusHa ) is not used in daily life situations so you’re basically speaking a different language to the every day arab

If you’re trying to learn to read, read. If you’re trying to learn to speak, speak. I speak arabic better than i read/write it because i think languages are speech not text.

Yes, I completely agree. The core of language skill is being able to speak it. If you struggle with speaking, you are far from fluency. However, all skills-reading, writing, listening, and speaking-are important. Speaking is just more dominant because it's productive, not just receptive.

Just like with anything, intelligence level plays a huge role whenever learning a new language.

It's interesting you say that. We also have statements from Salaf like Imam ash-Shafi'i who said, "تعلَّموا العربيةَ، فإنها تُثبِت العقلَ وتَزيدُ في المروءةِ" ("Learn the Arabic language, for it strengthens the intellect and increases one's virtue"). It would be interesting to see if learning the Arabic language actually increases intelligence when tested on people.

When I use the word "incident," I am referring to it in the general sense of the word, which means "an event or occurrence." It does not imply any contradiction with the Qadr of Allah. In Islam, we believe that everything that happens is by the will and decree of Allah. Using the term "incident" is simply a way to describe events or occurrences without any implication of randomness or lack of divine control.

People lack confidence to speak. People have a fear of not speaking well. The path involves you making a lot of mistakes.
