Mr. Tiny and Recreational Resort Cottages are proud to present one of our 2023 RRC show homes by the name of the Newton XL on today's feature. This home is spacious one bedroom, coming in at just 952 Sqft. The Newton XL is a newly designed floorplan that we put together a tweaked to make it the best that it could possibly be and boy do we love it. Staying up to date in the trends we finished out in a very modern cottage style, bringing just the right amount a chicness with comfort. Before we make our way back let's talk about the main bedroom. Well we went heavy on the "XL" in Newton XL, the amount of space you have in the bedroom is incredible. You can put any size bed in here, from a full to a Californian King and still not be lacking any space. Did someone say a walkin shower or a car wash?? Because with the amount of room you have in the shower you might as well fit a car. Don't think that is all, oh no definitely not the you also get the pleasure of a huge soaker tub.

Now to get where I'm sure you all have been waiting, the bathroom in the Newton XL is nothing to be played with.
The Newton XL is on sale today for $115,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

I'm begging Recreational Resort Cottages to develop a manufacturing facility and tiny home community (communities) along the East Coast! From Pennsylvania down through Georgia. Your Tiny Homes are the best in the Nation. Full appliances, porches, windows/natural lighting, separate bedrooms and bathrooms (bathtubs and vanities!). RVIA, Wind Zone, etc. construction ratings. Warranties and extended warranty options. We need you on the East Coast!

Why does these very very nice homes not have dish washers?
Mr Tiny, Mr Tiny, Mr Tiny, You have done it once again ! This home is absolutely, positively, without a doubt, the most gorgeous home ever. I love the white cabinets, and the flooring is just the right shade of gray. I have watched many different shows with many different tiny homes whether they were factory made or a diy project. Your homes always have the look of sophistication, class, elegance and the type of look that says Boom shaka laka, chitty chitty bang bang !!! I Love them all, just keep them coming.
I swear Recreational Resort Cottages have THE BEST LAYOUT for their tiny homes and the 1 bedroom homes. The price is right and NOTHING LOOKS CHEAP in any way. Now if I can only sell my "way too damn big" home 🤣.
You hit it out of the park with this home!! It checks almost all my boxes!!
My favorites: 1. Huge bathroom with soaker tub and separate walk-in shower 2. Side-by-Side Washer and Dryer space (I don’t like stackables at all) 3. Everything!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Now we're talking!! My colors, my style, my size - ALL boxes checked. LOVE every detail in this home. My favorites are the farm sink, island and hutch in the kitchen; side by side space for the washer/dryer; gorgeous and spacious bathroom (LOVE the shower!!); and the large bedroom. I would never feel claustrophobic in the Newton XL. Mr Tiny, I think you created this model just for ME!!! Thank you soooo very much!! 😍

I agree! I'd make 2 changes... get rid of the window by front door so I'd have more wall space, and take out the window in in master and put a slider in that way I could build a deck off the back. Other than that, this house is just right for me! 🙂
THIS.IS.THE.ONE. ❤❤❤ YOU DID IT! You got my tub! You got my storage! You got my Living room/Art Studio/Entertaining space that opens integrated into the kitchen. This is absolutely PERFECT. I am SO EXCITED. Now I just have to find my land!!

Love this! It has a bathtub, a lot of storage, and doesn't feel cramped at all. My favorite one so far. More wide ones like this please.

I love this one with just a little tweaking! The dishwasher needs to be to the right of the sink, so you could have drawer storage next to the range. I'd also like the back window turned into a door that would lead to a back deck or porch. For me, I'd want a big window at the end of the tub, so the tub would need to be reversed.

I wonder if they would let you put it in a tiny home community. It is much wider and longer than what's considered a tiny home. It's more a songle wide mobile home it seems.

@@american_woman I agree. But I checked some tiny villages and they all had certain sizes that was considered a tiny home. That is all I was saying.

The Newton XL is a stunner for sure Mr. Tiny. I love the exterior colors and interior colors and the shower is amazing!!
Only 2 things needed for perfection here. A coat closet near the front door to put your stuff when you come in and a half bath for guests. Rest is pretty perfect.
Love this size for a one bedroom and giving more storage. Much better than a park model. I call this down sizing without losing comfort or going insane. Change that tub out for a free-standing soaker tub for a high-end look and this would be a great option. I'd choose not to have the sliding doors in the kitchen, but put a back door in the bedroom that would lead out to a fenced back yard. Much better size for someone in a wheelchair too, just add wider doorways and make it a roll-in shower. So many options with this one.

I think we can probably customize this, I see a few changes I'd like to make for my own convenience and personalization. Otherwise this is one of the best one bedroom's I've seen from RRC
This is my favorite tiny house so far. I LOVE the tub!!! The only thing missing is a half bathroom. Nobody needs to be in my bathroom:) 😂

Okay this is got to be my favorite so far. The amount of storage is great for this size unit. But I agree that the dishwasher should be to the right of the sink. And I would also put a door instead of a window out the back so you could put a deck out there. But wow!
This is the perfect home for me. And it's rare for me to say this. I have a checklist of things I never thought I'd find in a single home, unless I had a floor plan customized. But this knocks it out the park!
Mr. Tiny, it’s a nice home, but the 2 things I’d love to see is a big walk-in closet and a utility room instead of the washer and dryer in the hallway. All in all, nice home!!

The bedroom is huge, as well as the living room. I LOVE IT!!! The bathroom IS FABULOUS. I would want a window by the bathtub or a full window by the sink.
Mr Tiny your killing it. There is only one thing RRC needs to do, and that's open more locations around the country so more of us can buy from you. Nowhere in PA is offering anything close to the selection and quality features you have available. In fact I feel PA would be an ideal place for you to setup shop. The whole northeast of the country would be within reach then.

I'm really liking this one! I live in Newton Co Georgia too so maybe it's fate 😁 I'd take the sliding glass door area and add a two bedroom addition on for my kids then take that window on the back bedroom wall & make it an exterior door to a patio with a hot tub and fire pit area. It'd be a 3 bedroom paradise once I'm done!! Love Mr Tiny & RRC!! Home run with this one!!

My favorite, with a couple changes. I don't want a tub, but would love a half bath instead. A double farm house sink in the kitchen, and a sliding door with porch off of the bedroom. Perfect! 😊
This is exactly the formula we need,I would put my cusinart oven where the microwave is and a cook top with drawers underneath in the kitchen and it is perfection.

This home is Beautiful . I think i'd need coat closet and storm door and free standing tub but that bathroom so big you could put 2 sinks in it or water closet . Since I live in Penna would need heated floors throughout for those cold winters . You did great job Mr. Tiny my fav from all the video's I've seen on youtube . It's the best !

I really like all the space this offers. Beautiful layout. I would change 2 things, omit the sliding glass door putting a single door in its place. I would add screen doors.

This one is really huge! I love the giant bathroom. If you bought a pull out couch, it would still be fine for company. They could lay there and enjoy the fireplace.

Beautiful home, Mr. Tiny !! Perfect size ! I love everything about it .. all the cabinets plus a pantry plus a second pantry/closet.
This is a really nice home. I would consider it more of a forever home as it would accommodate kids and grandkids but still be a smaller space to heat and cool. Love the upgraded storage options as well as the bed and bath. Could there be a possibility of a loft above the bed and bath portion of the house for extra sleeping space or whatever you want to do with it? Just a suggestion to consider. It could be like the loft space in the 399 SF tiny homes.
You could have a party in that bathroom alone!

I've seen so many of RRC tiny homes, but THIS is by far the best tiny home yet. It's so much open space and the windows definitely make the place look nice and airy. This has everything I want in a tiny home.
The bathroom is a great size and the kitchen living room layout is perfect, and good storage.

The Faulkner is like this one with no tub and has a small second bedroom. Also has a desk area I believe.
I would love one with this width/length but with a small guest bedroom and bathroom. This is beautiful!
