Wow! This one's a stunner. The black & white with the beautiful wood floor and ceiling. The kitchen is beautiful with that beautiful backsplash, the black subway tile, actually, that whole shower is awesome. Bedroom too, and the loft. The porch with that pretty outside fireplace and the overall curb appeal of the Black Excellence makes the whole package a winner.

Very sharp, Mr Tiny. I think I like the outdoor fireplace in the corner better and I would omit the pocket door in the bedroom leading to the bathroom to use the wall for a tv. Very nice.

Love the southern yellow pine ceiling with the shiplap accent...Nice contrast of the white and black..Love the bathroom w the splash glass shower... The loft looks so comfy...will probably add some wooden accent in the bedroom ceiling as well....Nice living room area w fromt kitchen...Also loves the wrap around porch! Likes the drawers in the stairs and the fireplace inside and outside!

Honestly, for elderly people a nice table may replace the island to be able to sit on a normal highed chair as well as to sit for food preparation. Love the kitchen and the big terrasse.

Finally, a perfectly designed tiny home! Spacious, bright, and with beautiful wood accents and finishes. And I love the porch! I'd love to see this home with only a small mid loft and high bedroom ceiling. All that said I wouldn't have a black exterior. Terrible to maintain and hot in the summer unless you're in Canada. It will absorb solar heat and warp, the paint will fade and bubble, and it will raise your A/C cost.

I think the only things I would change is to add a byfold door to the laundry area a maybe remove the fireplace because I would never use it. Though it does add value to the place.

Love the black interior. I would like bottom counters black & top white, a tub, the windows framed in pine for extra pop and mono slope roof. Because I noticed it gave more height on one side in the last video. Love the black subway tile shower!

A very nice looking home. Love the wrap-around porch, but would rather have it screened in and remove the fireplace. The kitchen is rather small. I like an island, but it needs an overhang and stools, since there's no room for a table. The living I'd also pretty tight, with little room for more than a sofa. I also think, for that price point, a dishwasher and washer and dryer should be included. I could do without a back porch if it meant more space in the bedroom.

I love the kitchen design. I noticed a small sofa and chair with sight access to see the TV space. I love it!!!! The black accents with yellow pine ceiling. Superb. 127,000 today only. It's a little pricey, you get so much tho. Really nice design I just can't say it enough!!!

I love the black with southern yellow pine, looks so modern and nice. I love the black shiplap walls!! I appreciate the bathroom tile not matching the kitchen tile! So I love the black subway tile in the shower, it looks great! That copper metal roof really adds that aesthetic that complements the black exterior! This one is a home run!!

Wow! I like the side entrance (having dogs, a small deck could be added with steps on the front and a ramp on the back, the latter making it easier for the dogs to go in and out. All the Tiny Homes are nice - but this one checked all the boxes. This is the one I would buy (which, hopefully, I can do ... soon).

The Meadowview black excellence is beautiful from the front to the back. The kitchen is gorgeous just needs a drawer dishwasher. No loft and where the stairs are make that a storage/closet with a door.The shower is stunning. I’m not sure if I like the pop up door leading to the bedroom. Is there a way to put the dresser on the end and the closet together. The fireplace would be better positioned in the corner of the porch that way more people could fit on the porch .
I really like this... I would replace the wood rail with glass, to give it that extra kick! 😉

Looks incredible! The only thing I would change is the loft…. I would make a drop down into the master bedroom so that you could stand up in the loft on the left hand side!
