That machine already weighs about 300 pounds and it's carrying an extra pack that weighs 340 pack. From that beautiful sound it makes when it's walking around like a drunk alpaca is from a dirtbike engine. Or maybe half of one, if that's possible. But in all honestly, if I ever get stuck in the mountains when a storm hits and I'm about to starve or freeze to death. That sound would make me the happiest man, knowing BIGDOG comin to get his homie a fresh blanket and meals and relaying my position to those on the ground.

If you could make it a little quieter then it could be a sort of "pack animal" for the military. Think about it, you have a squad of soldiers walking to a location, and you have the robot carrying extra ammo along with food and water. This would make soldiers less fatigued as well as increase the amount of supplies a squad can carry ten-fold.

  • @bucklebill2

You're in your bedroom, about to fall asleep. Then, you hear a faint whiring sound in the distance. You pay no attention to it, "probably the plumbing of my house", you think. Then the sound becomes louder and louder. You don't understand, because you've never heard anything like this sound, especially at its current volume. As the sound becomes louder, and louder, and louder, you start to panic. You lock the door and try to find a place to hide. But then it hits you. "I've heard of this sound before. On a video, one late night. There's no point to hide or escape because it will find you no matter what. It's... it's... ...Big Dog." Seriously though, wouldn't this be the perfect scenario for a horror movie? Anyone? ...a-anyone? Hello? Wait, what's that sound? Oh, god... OH GOD, GUYS, HELP ME, HE'S FOUND M
