Kintaro and his mother Genki have been napping together more often recently. It had been decreasing for a while. Gentaro was waking them up for their naps, wasn't he? I wonder if he wanted to take a nap with them.

Father MOMOTARO ♂(2000/7/3)
He is hesitant in new situations and is a loner.
His father died before he was born, and he had never spent time with a silverback.
He had already turned into a silverback by the time he was 10 years old.
He is struggling with unfamiliar child-rearing.
MOMOTARO's father is BIJU.
MOMOTARO's mother is MOMOKO
Mother GENKI ♀ (1986/6/24)
She is 14 years older than Momotaro and has a role to support the whole family mentally.
She has had a tumultuous and eventful life.
She has returned to her birthplace, Kyoto City Zoo.
She had never been blessed with a baby but after meeting Momotaro,
she had two sons.
She is a very maternal female gorilla.
GENKI's father is MAKK.
GENKI's mother is HIROMI.
First son GENTARO, male (2011/12/21)
He was separated from his mother Genki soon after he was born.
Genki's milk production was not very good.
He was raised by his keeper for his first10 months.
Because of this, he is very fond of humans.
His face is so expressive, and everyone enjoys watching him.
Second son KINTARO ♂ (2018/12/19)
He is just very strong-willed and independent.
He has big eyes and long eyebrows.
The way he plays a lot with his brother Gentaro makes everyone smile.
We can't wait to see what kind of gorilla he'll become!

I love this family. Genki loves both of her boys! She has ALWAYS been a wonderful Mother! Even when she received Gentaro back after 10months. She absolutely took, and loved him! While Many gorilla mothers separated for that long would not always except that baby back.. Gentaro is a teenager, and he is in his feelings! He'll get it together! Genki looks so much better overall since her dental procedures and health problems. Her fur looks nicer and her face looks calmer. So glad they helped her get her beauty back. . Love you momma!!

I think after recent Genki's surgery, Kintaro was separataed for several hours, and he get scared and get clingy to mama.

Sometimes she pushes Kintaro away, sometimes she is not in the mood, but most the time, she likes him near,I seen her look for him a few times recently,he doesn't spend as much time with her,he'maturing a lot.

I appreciate the super thanks. If anything, Gentaro hardly messes with his mother Genki in the past months. He is apt to touch his father's body from behind and runs away. Momotaro seldom socld him in such a case but he tries to calm down his son when the silbings make a mad dash for longer time not to make themselves get hurt. For Kintaro, it is bit risky to keep up with his big bro's pace. Accordingly,it is like that Momotaro indicates his big son to stop running so fast.

@Gorilla-Life 🍄 🍄 Mushrooms increase good bacteria in the digestive system which help to break down food better. You mentioned that their bellies are big because of the gases produced when their food is getting digested. More 'good bacteria' = less 'gas and bloating'
