You have a heart of Gold. You have not let anyone down. I have criticized your physique a lot, but you as a person have really impressed me at this Olympia. A great man's character is shown when he is wrong and when he loses. My friend I have not seen in all my years greater display of character honour and greatness when you lost this year. I know you were cut deep inside but you still supported the other competitors never once acted selfish in defeat. We can not always be number 1 but Greatness has chosen you. Just rest regroup, let go and trust God. He has prepared you for your next journey. Go with GOD amen

I really feel for him. He is a true sports and I totally believe he worked harder than ever. His flaws were anatomically unfixable. He might have probably just worked way too hard that tore the fascia in his triceps and calves that much. You will always be in the history books as one of the greatest bodybuilders ever. I agree with you when you talk about the person, i'm sure he is a great person, he is 100% humble and nice. But i don't aeree with you if you talk about the bodybuilder. He was a great prospect in the 2013, great body with lower back, good abs, good arms and quads, but now he has destroyes everything. Look at the arms, too small, and the abs? Very bad. And if we talk about talk about the lower back? Does no exist. And his quads? He has destroyed his quads. Too many oil in too many place. I don't know if he can return the real Big Ramy now...

Dude had 1 great year, other than that, to me has declined. Look at CBUM, he won 3 in a row and came back this year looking his best. HE will be remembered as the greatest in his division. Where do you get Ramy will be remembered? For his bumps on his ass and legs, or his horrible Arms and abs?

Similar to how figure skaters are athletes because it takes years of training and coaching to get to the top levels but they are still judged on their performance. Same with Body Building: you can have the best physique on stage but if you do not know how to pose, hold the poses, and show case the poses, you WILL lose. Posing is the difference between first place and 10th place. A bad poser may even get last place. This is just like figure skating. Athletes train their bodies and eat on specific diets that are best for their sports. To be the best. Body builders are the same. And, go through posing with a posing coach. No matter how good of shape you are in, you will get winded. Trust me. It's difficult. Posing shows the definition and size in just the right way. If there was no such thing as posing and a bunch of muscle dudes stood on stage, you actually might have a point. That's not really a competition where athletes have to perform to win. Sure, they had to train. But that would be like figure skaters showing up and not skating and the judges just know who the best figure skater is without watching them perform.

@@iahngr622 he looked bad. atrophied tricep, atrophied lat in lower back, holes/injection bumps in quad and glutes, condition not good (abs). and the "olympia guys" still gave him place 5 just to not embarass him. my opinion.

You have a heart of Gold. You have not let anyone down. I have criticized your physique a lot, but you as a person have really impressed me at this Olympia. A great man's character is shown when he is wrong and when he loses. My friend I have not seen in all my years greater display of character honour and greatness when you lost this year. I know you were cut deep inside but you still supported the other competitors never once acted selfish in defeat. We can not always be number 1 but Greatness has chosen you. Nerve damage can't be fixed. He is done.

I really feel for him. He is a true sports and I totally believe he worked harder than ever. His flaws were anatomically unfixable. He might have probably just worked way too hard that tore the fascia in his triceps and calves that much. You will always be in the history books as one of the greatest bodybuilders ever. Keep your head up champ.

I agree with you when you talk about the person, i'm sure he is a great person, he is 100% humble and nice. But i don't aeree with you if you talk about the bodybuilder. He was a great prospect in the 2013, great body with lower back, good abs, good arms and quads, but now he has destroyes everything. Look at the arms, too small, and the abs? Very bad. And if we talk about talk about the lower back? Does no exist. And his quads? He has destroyed his quads. Too many oil in too many place. I don't know if he can return the real Big Ramy now...

Dude had 1 great year, other than that, to me has declined. Look at CBUM, he won 3 in a row and came back this year looking his best. HE will be remembered as the greatest in his division. Where do you get Ramy will be remembered? For his bumps on his ass and legs, or his horrible Arms and abs?

Similar to how figure skaters are athletes because it takes years of training and coaching to get to the top levels but they are still judged on their performance. Same with Body Building: you can have the best physique on stage but if you do not know how to pose, hold the poses, and show case the poses, you WILL lose. Posing is the difference between first place and 10th place. A bad poser may even get last place. This is just like figure skating. Athletes train their bodies and eat on specific diets that are best for their sports. To be the best. Body builders are the same. And, go through posing with a posing coach. No matter how good of shape you are in, you will get winded. Trust me. It's difficult. Posing shows the definition and size in just the right way. If there was no such thing as posing and a bunch of muscle dudes stood on stage, you actually might have a point. That's not really a competition where athletes have to perform to win. Sure, they had to train. But that would be like figure skaters showing up and not skating and the judges just know who the best figure skater is without watching them perform.
Big man, you have nothing but the utmost respect from the bodybuilding community. A true champion through and through who has carried the title with strength and honour. I am and will always be thankful for what you have done and will continue to do for the sport as a great champion. Some jerks were talking about some stuff in his personal life and how he deserves to lose and kept bullying him and that really made me sad seeing how he looks broken and downhearted not only about losing but about the people bullying him too. This guy deserves all the love in the world, never seen someone with such a sweet and humble spirit even in his darkest times.
