Great ep! I've seen Jay making the rounds and this one was my favorite. When Jay talked about parenthood stifling his career I felt that. Single dad here whose career is treading water. As Jay says though, some of the experiences in parenthood are so worth it. Thanks for the show, boys! Great job!
