Taxes vary depending on the Municipio value and the final price agreed by both parts. This is not a house near the beach. This house is beautiful. Tell me about the earthquakes, please. How many do you have annually? And are they felt by everyone, all over Ecuador? Is there a location that is considered "safer" than most, for earthquake activity?

The last time a big earthquake happened was in 2016 and it mostly affected the Coast Region. This house is located in Cuenca (A city outside the Coast) this zone is one of the safest in the country regarding earthquake activity.
