Good afternoon Curtis, so of course the vast majority of real estate companies are owned and operated by Ecuadorians, and they have local companies all over the country. Even in our area there are several local realtors that we know, work with, and are friends with. Have a great week!

It sold last year and is back on the market this year, I suppose the crime rate didn't help!

There is no crime in this area, and virtually no crime reported against foreigners in Manta. We don't worry about daily mass shootings like in the US, or road rage, or school shootings, or mall shootings, or grocery store shooting or home invasions etc etc like they have in the US. The new owners are having to sell due to unfortunate family health, and it breaks their hearts to have to part with this beautiful home.

@@jayess6318yet with all of your reply our area still hit Trip Advisors top 25 in the world for top destinations. By the way, picking skewed numbers without perspective on real data is like picking a small peaceful town in Idaho and putting it in the same category as the most dangerous parts of Chicago. Sure, have bad guys been going after bad guys, of course, but yet again we do not have a fraction of the all out gun violence towards the general public that the US has. No mass shootings, school shootings, mall shootings, grocery store shootings, concert shootings, parade shootings, road rage shootings etc etc. We invite you to come down and visit the area for yourself and see the real reality. @@EcuadorShoresRealty I have visited Ecuador starting 18 years ago, drove through the country. I love it but I wouldn't want to live there. And the prices of properties are being pushed up by ex pats and foreign money where in many cases it is not a good deal any longer.
