Overall a nice home, however, there are some wasted spaces that could have been better utilized, especially the wrap around wading pool. My wife and I were considering Manta, but with the rising crime and shootings, the government really needs to get that under control asap. Keep up the great work, we really do enjoy your video's!

I think they designed like that because you cannot build interior space on 100% of the lot, but they wanted to make use of as much workable space as possible. We also offer home lots for sale and can introduce you to incredible builders to design and custom build your home:) Have a great weekend!

Nice house, the price isn't bad at all. I love Sta. Marianita. Underground electrical system (0:12, 4:23, 5:54) should be implemented one day.

Hi, Ryan. Can you tell us anything about the Real Feel weather and climate in Manta even during winter months, not to mention the summer months?? Is it typically high heat and humidity?

Good morning! The weather is some of the best in the country! Manta is one of the driest parts of the country so we benefit from more sunshine than other areas along the coast. Our temps range from the 60's into the low 90's year round and with less humidity than Florida, so another bonus!

Can you talk about the comparison of Manta to Costa Rica? Some people from there constantly put a negative spin on Ecuador in general, and Cuenca and Manta in particular....

Good Morning! I have been to Costa Rica numerous times starting from 1991, so the biggest thing for me personally is that Manta reminds me of what CR was 20yrs ago, and the growth potential and direction we are witnessing with Manta today. As far as people in CR downplaying Ecuador, maybe it is just jealousy or trying to downplay their competition;) Any other questions feel free to ask!

@@EcuadorShoresRealty I am seeing that to get from Canada to Panama you have to stop in Denver and then Houston. Then to Panama. So to Manta they insist on throwing you around.....even the return from Panama is only one stop. Sometimes I think it's done this way intentionally!!

During the months from around December-April the winds are mainly light and offshore. The during the rest of the year the winds are stronger onshore and all of the kite boarders get to have fun!

How safe is to live there now

Plenty safe Jorge, Manta is fine and beach life is still good! We have not seen any violence towards the general public or foreigners, still only the bad guys going after the bad guys, and most things are happening in Guayaquil still. We still have clients coming to visit and we are still getting deals done. We also still feel safer than the US and all of the violence that happens there on a daily basis unfortunately. Hey amigo! So you have the oversized Jacuzzi and then the wading pools that go around the corner. The wading pools ate shallow so you can lay down in them or put a lounger chair in and keep your feet cool. HOA is only $85, taxes will be less than $200 per year! Insurance is up to you and we have a great insurance person that we recommend. Any other thoughts or questions just let me know. Enjoy your weekend!
