😂. I just spent 3 hours diagnosing vacume leak on my E-39, washed up and first thing on my KZread recommendation was this. Not inspiring at all :)))). 😂. By the way, I think you just busted the greatest myth that N54 is a sensitive engine. It does have crappy cooling system but it is a legend. Most importantly, this is the last engine I can perform most of the work simply following your instructions. It's been 5 years now and you guidey me though all the repairs from radiator change (did twice) to picking right O-ring for my DESA Valve. Thank you Nathan!!!

I have a question. No one knows the answer, but I figured you would know because you know everything lol. I have a bmw m6 f13. My oil temp gauge and digital readings in the secret menu are fluctuating, even when idling. Is there something wrong with the sensor or thermostat? The car doesn't overheat or take forever to warm up. The needle just jumps around a bit ( engine oil jumps around from 93-98ish C) should I be concerned? Thanks man P.s Car is a 2013 with 19k miles just had oil change and no codes

You can rely on the fact that the head gasket will be what puts it in the salvage yard. 4500$ to replace just the gasket

B.M.W. was built on that inline 6 .. Its a bullet proof engine that will run forever.. maintain it like you would any other car and do your own work. We know what all the common issues are but thats not a problem.. If your a I take my car to the dealer kind of person make sure you have a fat bank account.. I love my E46 ....

OUCH!! If you spend the time and put the care into your straight 6 like I do you can’t help but feel bad for that engine. Reminds me as a teen trying to blow a 198”’s Mazda trunk engine with no oil in it. Didn’t seize.

I also have a 325XI it’s a 2003 , lately been having issues with cold starts . I’ve watched your videos about the different troubleshooting and does make sense how so many things can trigger it, I changed the plugs , maf and the small vacuum line from the front that leads to the back of the engine into pcv ,That’s it right now . I appreciate your content 💯. Thank you 🙏
