We smashed them bluefish in the springs last weekend for two days on the incoming tide about 2 to 3 hours in and have my grandson who is nine years old with us. It was a blast big guys just like you and your dad were catching.

Past three days hunting spots from North Haven (Long Beach) to Accabonac with a swing past the south side of Shinnecock Inlet and … nothing. I’m dying. My back bay temps are 60 and the overcast sky’s have been so perfect … nope. 🦨

I believe the first spot they were is does not but the second one I believe does. I've also always wanted to fish there but its a bit too far of a drive for me and also when the blues are here they are everywhere on the island so I tend to get stuck in my local area.

Those are really nice blues man. I used to catch them a little bit bigger than that but here in south Florida they consider a 4 pound bluefish bake that is laughable. Where are you fishing out of just out of curiosity thank you for a great video.
