Yes, operation ke 1 saal baad kar sakte hain provided you are comfortable.
Mam mainu 5years se back pain hai mam jithe dimple hote hai othe pain hoti hai at time one side hoti hai to dusri side band ho jati plz daso kive thik ho sakti hai

अपनी क्षमता अनुसार कर सकते है लेकिन जब काफी समय तक अभयास हो जाये फिर 5 बार तक किआ जा सकता है, लेकिन शुरू मे कोशिश करे कि कही योग शिक्षक से सीख कर ही करे
