🌷 *_സരസ്വതി യാമം_* 🌷 സരസ്വതീയാമം എന്ന് കേൾക്കാത്തവരുണ്ടാകില്ല. സരസ്വതീയാമത്തിന്റെ മറ്റൊരു പേരാണ് ബ്രാഹ്മ മുഹൂർത്തം. നമ്മുടെ കവിക ളും എഴുത്തുകാരുമൊക്കെ ധാരാളമായി വർണ്ണിച്ചെഴുതി യിട്ടുള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് സരസ്വതീ യാമത്തേയും ബ്രാഹ്മ മുഹൂർ ത്തത്തേയും ഒക്കെ പറ്റി കേൾക്കാത്തവരുണ്ടാകില്ല എന്നാൽ ഇതല്ലാതെ വേറേയും യാമങ്ങളുണ്ട്. അവയെ ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് പരിചയപ്പെടാം. ഏഴരനാഴിക സമയമാണ് ഒരു യാമം അതായത് മൂന്നുമണി ക്കൂർ ആദ്യത്തെ യാമം തുടങ്ങുന്നത് പുലർച്ചെ ഏകദേശം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. 3 മുതൽ 6 വരെയാണ് സരസ്വതീയാമം കാലദേശങ്ങ ൾക്കനുസരിച്ച് ഉദയ സമയം മാറുന്നതനുസരിച്ച് യാമം തുടങ്ങുന്ന സമയത്തിന് മാറ്റമുണ്ടാകും 3 മണിക്കൂർ ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള 8 യാമങ്ങൾ ചേർന്നതാണ് ഒരു ദിവസം. 8 യാമങ്ങൾ അഷ്ട ലക്ഷിമാരുടെ ആവാസ സമയമായാണ് കണക്കാ ക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് ആദ്യം വിദ്യാലക്ഷ്മിയുടെ യാമമാണ് വിദ്യാലക്ഷ്മിയെ ആണ് സരസ്വതി എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ സരസ്വതീയാമം എന്ന് ആദ്യയാമത്തെ പറയുന്നു. സരസ്വതീ യാമം 3AM മുതൽ 6AM ധനലക്ഷ്മി യാമം 6AM മുതൽ 9AM ആദിലക്ഷ്മി യാമം 9AM മുതൽ 12PM ധാന്യലക്ഷ്മീ യാമം 12PM മുതൽ 3PM ഗജ ലക്ഷ്മി യാമം 3PM മുതൽ 6PM സന്താന ലക്ഷ്മി യാമം 6PM മുതൽ 9PM വീര ലക്ഷ്മീ യാമം 9PM മുതൽ 12AM വിജയലക്ഷ്മീ യാമം 12AM മുതൽ 3AM *സരസ്വതിയാമം* മനസ്സ് ഏറ്റവും ശാന്തവും ഏകാഗ്രവുമായിരിക്കുന്നത് ബ്രാഹ്മമുഹൂർത്തത്തിലാണ്. രാത്രിയുടെ നാലാം യാമത്തി ൽതന്നെ നാം നിദ്ര വിട്ട് എഴുന്നേൽക്കണം. സൂര്യോദ യത്തിനു മൂന്നു മണിക്കൂർ മുമ്പാണ് ബ്രാഹ്മമുഹൂർത്തം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. സൂര്യോദയ ത്തിന് 48 മിനിറ്റ് മുമ്പു വരെ ബ്രാഹ്മമുഹൂർത്തം ഉണ്ട്. രാത്രിയുടെ അന്ത്യയാമം. (ഏഴരനാഴികകൂടിയ സമയ മാണ് ഒരു യാമം) പ്രഭാതക്കാ ലം. ‘സരസ്വതിയാമം’ എന്നു പറയും. ഈ സമയം ബ്രഹ്മാവ് ഉണർ ന്നിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ധർമപ ത്നിയായ സരസ്വതീദേവിയും ഉണർന്നിരിക്കും. അതിനാൽ ഈ സമയത്ത് ഉണരുന്നത് ഐശ്വര്യകരമാണ്. ഈ യാമത്തെ സരസ്വതിയാമം എന്നും പറയുന്നു. സരസ്വതി വിദ്യാദേവതയാണ്. ഈ സമയ ത്ത് എഴുന്നേറ്റു പഠിച്ചാൽ കാര്യങ്ങൾ വളരെ വേഗം മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയുമെന്ന് ഗവേഷണത്തിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി യിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാത്രിയിലെ 4 യാമങ്ങൾ മറ്റു പേരുകളിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു അവ പാർവതീയാമം, ദുർഗാ യാമം, ഭദ്രകാളീയാമം, സാരസ്വതീയാമം. ഒരു യാമം 3 മണിക്കൂർ. സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കുന്ന സമയം 6PM മുതൽ 9PM വരെ പാർവതിയാമം 9PM മുതൽ 12AM വരെ ദുർഗാ യാമം 12AM മുതൽ 3AM വരെ ഭദ്രകാളീയാമം 3AM മുതൽ 6AM വരെ സരസ്വതീയാമം ഭദ്രകാളീ യാമത്തിനു മുൻപ് ഉറങ്ങണം - അതായതു 12AM നു മുൻപേ ഉറങ്ങണം. സരസ്വതീ യാമം ഉണർന്നു ഇരിക്കണം. അതായതു 3AM കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഉണർന്നു ഇരിക്കാൻ നല്ലതു. സൂര്യോദയത്തിനു മുൻപേ ഉണരണം (ഉദയ അസ്തമന സമയത്തിനു അനുസരിച്ചു ഇത് മാറും. ഉദയം 6AM അസ്തമനം 6PM എന്ന രീതിയിൽ ആണ് ഉദാഹരണം) ഭദ്രകാളീ യാമത്തിൽ തന്ത്ര ഉപാസകർക്ക് മാത്രം ഉണർന്നു ഇരിക്കാം)..
