May have been recorded in a Veda Patasala or some Samskrutha School. Sounds like a group of children, very well trained in Vedic Chanting and proper pronunciation. For those who are interested to know: Yajur Veda is divided into two streams : kRshna and Shukla. Medha Suktam is therefore,part of the Taittiriya Aranyaka of the KRshna Yajur Veda. Its in the 10th Prashna/Chapter of TA,starting from the 41st Anuvaaka, beginning with "Medhaa devi jushamana...". The "yaschandasaam..." portion is a shanti mantra recited along Medhaa Suktam.
