Guidelines for Egg/Sperm donation program in India
इस चीज़ से हम वाकिफ है की हमारे देश में काफी जगह पे अपने रिश्तेदारों मेसे ही किसीको egg या sperm donate करने केलिए कहा जाता है। तो जानते है हमारे देश में इस बारेमें वर्तमान दिशानिर्देश ( Current guidelines) किस हिसाब से है ?
भारत सरकार के आदेशानुसार
Sperm या egg donor program सख्ती से गुमनाम (anonymous) होना चाहिए।
मतलब जो sperm या egg donate कर रहे है उन्हें यह किसकेलिए है यह नहीं पता चलना चाहिए और इसके साथ ही साथ जो दंपति जिनको यह program की जरुरत है , उन्हें नहीं पता चलना चाहिए की sperm या egg डोनर कौन है।
Donor Sperm IVF (how to be a sperm donor)
सामान्यतः अगर हम sperm donor की बात करे तो हमारे देश में काफी सारे donor sperm banks होते है जिसे ART banks भी कहा जाता है। जहा पे आदमी जाके अपने sperm donate कर सकता है और वह पे एक process रहता है sperm store करने केलिए , उनको ६-८ महीनो केलिए रखा जाता है और उसके बाद वह sperm इस्तमाल करने केलिए उपलब्ध रहते है।

उसी प्रकार से जो महिलाये Egg Donate करना चाहती है तो उन्हें clinics या ART bank में donate करती सकती है। अगर अच्छे clinic यह program follow किया जाता है तब वह clinic , skin color , hair color, blood group , height और weight जैसे physical factors को follow करने की कोशिश करते है। Herediatery फैक्टर्स जैसे की diabetes या blood pressure जैसे genetic बीमारियों का testing अच्छे clinics में किया जाता है।
