Sir, what about the patients who are 40+ and by just seeing the age of patients, doctors suggest for Donnor egg even if the amh is from 2- 3, they say egg quality will not be good and donor egg will give- 60 to 70 % success. What should a mentally, physically, financially and emotionally sucked patient should do? 😢

Ne bola amnio fluid kam h aur 4 month me quadruple test karwaya usme trisomy 18 positive aaya phir dr. Ne dehli me bol diya dikhane ko sir ganga raam me main waha gyi waha jenetic dr. Ko dikhaya unhone pehle ultrasound karaya usg wala usme bhi abnormality aayi phir amniocentesis test hua usme 46 corozoms ki jagha 69 corozoms h to kya mtlb h iska please reply zarror krna mujhko 5 month me baby ko abort karwana pada baby ki growth bhut km thi 5 month me 137 grm tha baby

Hello sir, meri LMP 20 march thi urine test positive hai aur kal thoda sa spotting hua doctor ko dikhai to tvs krne ke baad pta chala ki gestational sac aur yolk sac present hai par foetal pole not seen aaya doctor ne ecosprin,lowcap injection,folvite,susten 400diya .sir baby nhi aana ka kya reason ho sakta hai please reply kriye 🙏
