Constipation प्रेगनेंसी में होता क्यों है ?
प्रेगनेंसी में placenta से बना हुआ progestrone हॉर्मोन अंतड़ियो के हालचाल को कम कर देता है। क्योकि intestine की मूवमेंट कम हो जाती है इसलिए पेशेंट को constipation /कब्ज होने लगता है।
-दूसरा प्रमुख कारण है constipation का , dehydration और lack of nutrition and vitamins जिसके कारण कब्ज होते है।
- तीसरा कारण है Iron tablets के खाने के वजहसे भी constipation होता है।
प्रेगनेंसी में कब्ज केलिए क्या करना चाहिए ?
प्रेगनेंसी में laxatives नहीं लेने चाहिए जब तब आपके डॉक्टर आपको यह लेने की सलाह नहीं देते। यह लेने के कारण प्रेग्नेंट महिला को preterm labour और diarrhoea होनेकी सम्भवना रहती है।

Sir,after my fresh embroyo transfer I had severe acidity issue which started giving me acute chest pain. It was very severe even when I was taking deep breathe I felt acute chest pain. My doctor asked me to take pan-40 twice a day for 1 day but next day I started spotting and later next day I started bleeding heavily. HCG test was supposed to done on 16th Feb. But my doctor said its periods only. Please suggest what should I do next.

Yes u can! Bus aapko aur aapke husband ko bilkul be tension nh lena..hai....aur jab be aap intercourse krte hai...aapko normal rehna hai.. without tension....main be same condition se guzre hu
