I am also facing same issue. In Capgemini I had completed two technical rounds. HR team asked to submit documents. I don't have the pf and UAN. I am waiting for the hr response.

in infosys they asked, i provided the details, but interview schedule is not happening

Most of the India based MNC (tcs, wipro, infosys, accenture...etc) are asking for PF number. I suggest you to apply for US or Europe based MNCs, they will atleast schedule the interviews.

It's better to do bgc before joining the company because there is no pf account created ..if you are fake then look for other company but after join the company if they found fake documents they will fire and pf account is created..if you apply next job it will be difficult to get job

Sir, Nowdays all the corperate companies will ask Before conducting 2nd round of Interviews they have check for Service history in EPFO portal and varify. After clear for the verification. Then they have conduct for 2nd round of interview.

Can anyone help me on below:y DOE got overlapped with the DOJ and it's just 5 days of overlap. But in current condition it is considered as a dual employment. What justification should I give to the other companies? Also how I can correct the DOE date, since that company people is not ready to do the same!!! Can anybody please assist me for the same?

Don't worry tell them that you can show salary statements by logging in front of them. Dont go with fake things believe me.

In order to justify your experience.. inform them you can produce bank statement during respective period, that doesn’t matter. At the same time you file ITR even though if you don’t have any returns to claim. You’re safe by doing this

Since 2023 ALL companies asking for pan number and uan nos for sure.Before and after interview.. They also can verify our bank statements with just one web site.

Off course you’re right brother.. however folks can keep trying which will give you an experience to improve your self. Wait for rite time .. once market rises, same companies will run behind people.. try hard and keep rocking. I’m one among those who passed this phase. Hard work will bring you good opportunities.
