We need cycling tracks all over our cities just like in Netherlands. I know indian weather is harsh but most of the year for around 8months we can cycle easily without any problem. Cycling is much faster and enjoyable than cars . And much more safer than motorcycles.

Please look into the facts and figures....this all is done for G20....the delhi govt asked center for funds...and the funds were allotted....I think it's a joint venture of both center and delhi govt....and it's all for g20. I'm a delhite....so please look into the records....sure Aap is milking this as their sole project....but then, as a resident of delhi....all I care is that there is improvement.

They should ban all rikshaws in new Delhi (atleast if not every major cities) and instead of rikshaws they should deploy electric buses ( but that should be maintained clean and regularly washed to maintain hygiene) becoz Indian roads are full of dust and our buses are always fully covered in dust. High speed trains, Modern and expensive cars, electric buses for public ,free to use cycles on roadsides, pedestrian walking footpaths(developed footpaths without dust and encroachment) these are some great signs of development. Not the typical unsafe rikshaws, bikes, etc..

you do know that Delhi is a union territory therefore it does not get the money from income tax returns even tho Delhi has the second highest contribution in it. Fund allocation by center is the only way Delhi government gets money for this development. If they were to treat Delhi as a state then AAP wouldn't need funds in the first place. So please stop praising BJP for everything. Delhi would be much more prosperous if it were a state. Delhi contributed ₹1.75 lakh crore in ITR but only got ₹325 crore in return
