Better than pizza, just grate 2 fresh zucchini. Easy, cheap and delicious.
ingredients:
Zucchini 2 pcs..
3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (25 ml).
1 carrot
1 red pepper.
1 teaspoon of salt.
2 eggs.
1.5 cups of milk (200 ml).
2 cups of flour (160 grams).
Mozzarella cheese (150 grams).
First cooking time: 35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Cooking time: 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
