Are you ready to try a recipe that is not only incredibly delicious but also healthy? 🍕Imagine being able to enjoy pizza, but in a way that's good for your body. In this video I share a delicious recipe in which oatmeal and cauliflower play the main role. This is a fantastic alternative to traditional pizza and adds a new dimension of flavor to your dish.
Recipe and ingredients:

Grind 1 cup of oatmeal.
1/2 cauliflower.
2 eggs.
Season with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
2 tablespoons yogurt.
1 cup mozzarella.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Fry on both sides over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Grate 2 zucchini.
Add salt and let rest for 10 minutes.
1 cup oatmeal, chopped.
Add 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
Add 2 tbsp yogurt.
2 eggs.
Add 100 ml/3.5 fl oz water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix.
Spring onion.
1 cup grated mozzarella.
Remove juice from zucchini.
Add the zucchini to the oatmeal and stir
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
30-35 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.

Cabbage 300g/10oz.
Pour hot water over the cabbage and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Or cook the cabbage until tender.
1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
1/2 cup yogurt.
Season with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
Drain the cabbage.
If desired, you can add green onions or parsley.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium or low heat.
