I mean, there's meant to be enough food on there for over 1000 people to eat whatever they want for a long time possibly years without restocking and since I don't remember lister eating any bread it makes sense there would be a lot.

Not sure if I like the concept of the polymorph turning in to multiple objects light or steam or electronic data. I think having it as any single object is a more believable scenario(I know we are suspending belief but still). Otherwise it isn't a creature morphing into a form. It is a collection of smart particles and then it is data and photons which have no mass so that's the bit I struggled to imagine.

+Scott Gordon Yeah, that's sort of the joke. I you dig Douglas Adams, I recommend Dirk Gently's Detective Agency. And Terry Pratchet's Discworld series is brilliant. Best part is there's like 80 of them.
