    I saw an interview with a masters sprinter who said he PR'd when he exoerimented with timing the entire set and trying to progressively reduce thst time. Obviously, this implies fast eccentrics as well as concentrics.

    It make sense for pl or strength sports like shot put, but for other athletes more sense make just high intensity plyometric or just sprint where are eccentric load higher rather on for example fast ecc bulgarian.

    Would you say that speeding up the eccentrics and taking up that slack to propel upwards quickly would train the stretch shorting cycle to an extent?

    Not really sure. Yeah I was around 50-60% I’m these clips. Probably could go a little heavier.

    @@willratelle8027 cueing and finding your stance for the bigger lifts. Active recovery - utility, hot to setup, how to tell if it’s just wasted energy/junk volume. Your thoughts on lift variations to rotate in. Nutrition?
