    yah, you should scold the parents - tell them they are upsetting everyone and control their child.

    I'm so fed up with "My brat can do no wrong" parents (who are the REAL source of the problem) that I could scream. I'm to the point that if I saw a kid about to run into the path of a semi-truck all I'd do is move back to avoid the splatter. Don't need to hear "How dare you tell my kid what to do" from some brain-dead "mother" who was more in love with the idea of having kids that the kids she had.

    Great advice if it would work. Too many parents look the other way as thou their little darling to doing nothing wrong. Too many parents are clueless and let their kids make the rules. No discipline whatsoever. When this happens, they end up on Dr. Phil.
